The controller of personal data is Muto sp. z o.o., NIP: 5213757445, REGON: 365959145. For matters concerning personal data, contact us: kontakt@ecarservice.pl.

Data we process

When you contact us or make a booking, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle details, chosen service, appointment date and information provided in the request.

Purpose and retention period

We use the data solely to handle your enquiry or booking, contact you about the visit, process payments, and establish or defend legal claims - for the period necessary for these purposes and required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support the correct operation of the website. Optional Google Analytics cookies are set only after consent, to measure traffic and improve the site. Until you consent, and if you decline, we do not load the Google Analytics tag and send no data to Google; the page you landed on and the traffic source are kept only in the memory of your browser tab and, once you consent, passed to Google Analytics as the start of the visit. After consent, data about your visit (including IP address, page address, technical browser information and on-page events) is sent to Google, including Google LLC in the USA, under the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Withdrawing consent stops measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Google advertising features (personalisation, remarketing) are switched off and we do not use them. Your consent or refusal is stored in the browser for 180 days; you can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies, which by default remain valid for up to 2 years.

Google may process data as an independent recipient in accordance with its privacy policy. Details about Google Analytics cookies are available in the Google documentation.

Recipients and your rights

Data may be shared with providers of tools necessary to operate the website, bookings and payments, only to the extent required to deliver the service. You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
